Peste cu sos de mere



Ingrediente:

peste (10 felii), otet (2 linguri), slanina (50 g), ceapa (1), mere (5),
smintina (1 pahar).

Mod de preparare:

Feliile de peste se sareaza si se stropesc cu zeama de lamiie. Slanina se
taie in bucatele si se pune intr-o tigaie la foc mic. Dupa ce s-a topit
putin, in untura fierbinte se pun ceapa taiata pestisorii si feliile de
mere curatate de coaja si de simburi. Dupa citeva minute se lasa la foc
mic. Feliile se vor intoarce pe cealalta parte pentru a se praji uniform.

Servire:

Inaite de a se servi, se adauga smintina.
